Brand Introduction
  • Lemon Right is a Shanghai-based fresh lemon tea brand. The first store of Lemon Right was born on the 4th floor of 合生汇 (Hopson One), Yangpu District, Shanghai in August 2021. In September 2022, it opened a fully managed franchise model. At present, it is laying out a global strategic plan and a thousand-store strategic plan, with the goal of bringing Lemon Right to the world.   

  • All lemon teas in the store are handcrafted with fresh lemons through manual pounding, offering rich fruity notes and a refreshing taste. To maintain the freshness of raw materials, we select three varieties of high-quality lemons from 3 to 5 origins, adjusted according to seasonal and rainfall conditions. These are paired with premium tea leaves brewed at high temperatures, creating a lingering sweet aftertaste that refreshes the palate and lingers on the lips and teeth.  

  • The leading best-selling Yashixiang (Duck Shit Aroma) series has currently sold over one million cups. Fresh lemons are paired with high-quality Yashixiang tea bases, offering a rich aroma and refreshing taste that awakens the taste buds. Meanwhile, the trendy store design adopts a "shelf thinking" concept: high-saturation green store sign light boxes and IP characters accurately catch consumers' eyes.   

  •  Lemon Right adopts an "all-in-one operational  (full operational trusteeship)" model, dedicated to reducing burdens for franchisees without affecting their primary businesses. Franchisees are required to provide high-quality store locations and capital, while the Lemon Right headquarters assumes responsibility for all online and offline operations, including but not limited to rigorous and professional training for service staff. Different from the simple franchising model of other tea shops, Lemon Right's "full operational trusteeship" model strictly controls product output for each store, ensuring highly professional product quality standards.

The inspiration for the IP originates from the pet cat of the brand’s founder—the scene of the cat playing and running around with a yellow ball (symbolizing a lemon) deeply touched the founder, leading to the decision of making the cat "Raymond" one of the protagonists in the brand’s family.
